If so, we would like to hear from you Key Accountabilities Develops an understanding of customer’s query and service requirements to enable the delivery of a first class service. Log all the details of the call when resolving routine customer enquiries ensuring processes/systems are followed. Listening to and understanding basic customer problems asking relevant questions to resolve typically known problems within required timescales. Escalates issues as necessary to deliver required service level and meet or exceed customer expectation To be a team player and be viewed by colleagues as a helpful and effective member of the team.
