Responsibilities:
1. Lead prospecting and account management activities for all customers, for all products and services.
2. Hit total revenue and contract value targets.
3. Identify rental and leasing opportunities with new accounts in your area.
4. Identify service opportunities with new accounts in your specific area.
5. Continuously monitor competitor strengths/weaknesses regarding services/people/fleet numbers & mix types and exploit available opportunities.
6. Create and build long-lasting relationships with the customer base.
7. Profitably manage an existing portfolio to maximize and improve utilization.
8. Manage price increases to achieve profitable growth and minimize credits.
9. Work with customer service teams to resolve customer queries to 100% satisfaction.
10. Work with risk & collections teams to ensure timely customer payment.
11. Deliver sales pipeline to assist in effective forecasting for repositioning of assets and capital expenditure.
12. Develop product knowledge to assist customers in correct asset selection.
13. Remain up to date on technological advances, legislation developments, and how these can positively impact both revenue and profits.
14. Work with internal functions and marketing to deliver added value product growth.
Qualifications/Requirements:
1. Minimum of 5 years work experience, with a proven track record in sales.
2. Can function independently, eager to learn, good verbal & written communication skills, with strong commercial acumen.
