The successful individual will be at the forefront of ensuring the business operations comply with all relevant regulations, policies, and standards. You will analyse business processes, assess compliance risks, and work closely with various departments to implement best practices that enhance operational efficiency and compliance. Your role will be crucial in safeguarding the clients reputation and supporting the company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Compliance Assessment: Conduct thorough reviews of business operations to ensure adherence to internal policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
Risk Management: Identify potential compliance risks within business processes and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
Process Optimisation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance is integrated into everyday operations.
Data Analysis: Analyse business data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of concern related to compliance, providing actionable insights to management.
Audit Preparation: Support the preparation for internal and external audits by ensuring all documentation and processes meet regulatory standards.
Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports on compliance activities, risks, and improvements, communicating findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
Training & Awareness: Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on compliance requirements and best practices.
Continuous Improvement: Stay informed of regulatory changes and industry trends to continuously improve our compliance framework.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Financial Services, or a related field.
Experience in business operations compliance, is essential
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and business process management.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and regulations.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and business software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
