£32,800 OTE ~ Rewarding your success
Hours ~ Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm with 1 in 2 Saturdays (with a weekday off)

As Customer Retention Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
Re-engaging customers, contacting those at risk of leaving and offering solutions to keep them on board
Working with internal teams and partners to resolve issues and keep transactions moving forward
Making up to 50 calls per day, ensuring excellent customer service
Keeping processes on track and updating CRM systems accurately
Handling payment delays, servicing concerns, and other challenges
Identifying ways to make retention smoother and more effective
As Customer Retention Specialist, your skills and experience will include:
Experience in a customer facing role, ideally in retention, sales, or account management
Being a confident communicator, specific skills with being persuasive, empathetic, and solutions-driven
Good organisation and attention-to-detail, with the ability to keep multiple cases on track
Resilience and a motivated person to hit performance goals and keep customers engaged
Experience using CRM systems and managing customer data
