Description Cedarwood Primary School, Kesgrave, Ipswich, Suffolk IP5 2ES £11,535 - £11,903 per annum 20 hours per week, 40 weeks per year Permanent Reference: 6687 Required from January 2025 8.30am - 4.30pm on Mondays and Tuesdays and 8.30am - 1.30pm on Thursdays, term time plus two additional weeks to include non-pupil days and additional days during SATs week plus ad hoc days as needed. We are looking for a friendly and efficient Administrative Assistant with excellent communication, administration, ICT and time management skills to join our busy office. The position involves working closely with our families and duties will include administration of pupil records, organising open days and admissions, monitoring attendance, administration of assessments and other pupil-related tasks as per the attached job description. You will need to be able to work under pressure and adapt to the ever-changing demands of the school day. The ability to maintain accuracy in a busy environment and a friendly, unflappable nature are essential.
