What will the Group Reporting Manager role involve?
• Oversee consolidated monthly financial results for accuracy and compliance.
• Lead preparation of Interim Statement & Annual Report (FRS102).
• Manage audit and statutory accounts for UK & overseas.
• Ensure correct reporting of IFRS 16, share-based payments, and intercompany eliminations.
• Provide technical accounting guidance and drive financial process improvements.
Suitable Candidate for the Group Reporting Manager vacancy:
• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with post-qualification experience.
• Expertise in IFRS, FRS102, group consolidation, and external reporting.
• Skilled in financial analysis, Excel, and financial systems (HFM/BPC preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
