We are looking for a Specialist Resettlement Coordinator to support vulnerable individuals in Enfield's Extra Care Service, ensuring they receive appropriate housing and resettlement support.
THE ROLE
As a Specialist Resettlement Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting individuals transitioning into appropriate housing and ensuring they receive the necessary care and assistance.

Conduct homelessness assessments and applications.

Provide housing and resettlement advice to service users.
*
Develop and implement personalised housing plans.
*
Liaise with external agencies, including social services and health professionals.
*
Attend multi-agency meetings to coordinate resettlement efforts.
*
Ensure compliance with relevant housing legislation and safeguarding protocols.
*
Maintain accurate records and case notes.
*
Support service users in securing sustainable accommodation.
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar resettlement or housing support role.

Strong knowledge of homelessness legislation and housing support frameworks.
*
Experience working with vulnerable individuals, particularly those leaving institutions.
*
Ability to liaise effectively with multi-agency partners.
*
Understanding of safeguarding best practices.
*
Strong case management and organisational skills.
*
Excellent written and verbal communication.
THE CONTRACT
*
37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
*
12-week contract with potential for extension or becoming permanent
*
£23.53 per hour LTD company rate / £20.06 per hour PAYE (inclusive of holiday).
