Are you a Teaching Assistant with previous experience working in education and passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? At Completely Care, we are looking for a dedicated and caring Teaching Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Using strong communication skills to engage effectively with students, teachers, and other colleagues.
* Provide tailored support to students in collaboration with the Class Teacher and Higher-Level Teaching Assistants.
* Assist in the delivery of engaging teaching and learning activities tailored to each student’s needs.
* Model best practices to foster successful learning and personal growth for young people.
* Support the mental, physical, social and cultural development of students, preparing them for adult life.
* Encourage and enable students to develop safer and more effective ways of communicating their needs.
