Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef Manager to lead our culinary team at Blue Arrow - Eastbourne. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the retail, coffee units, and restaurant outlets, ensuring that our food preparation activities are delivered to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the culinary team to ensure tasks are appropriately allocated and food preparation activities are delivered using standard recipes and in line with Aramark brand standards.
* Maintain the integrity of the standard Aramark food offer, responsible for maintaining food quality and integrity of items at all times.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with the ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
