HELPDESK COORDINATOR COMPETITIVE SALARY STOCKPORT PERMANENT Our client is looking for a Helpdesk Coordinator to work within their busy facilities management team. Duties include, but are not limited to: Managing a team of 2; relaying performance updates to management Quality checking all work raised by the team. Setting and monitoring all KPIs and SLAs. Providing support on a reactive helpdesk to clients and contractors Inputting new jobs onto the in-house system Responding to phone calls and ensuring jobs are completed in the desired time frame Chasing contractors for updates. Arranging for quotes and processing invoices for completed jobs. The ideal candidate will have previous experience from a facilities management or customer service background. You must have excellent communications skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
