Job Profile
The job will suit skilled IT support engineers with a minimum of 1 year proven and demonstrable experience within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. The successful candidates will need a customer-focused approach and a commitment to service delivery, as well as a diligent and logical approach to working with strong problem-solving skills.
Skills/Experience
1. Active directory and group policy administration, Windows Server 2008 and above.
2. Windows technologies such as Windows Server and Desktop operating systems.
3. Windows Desktop 7 and above.
4. Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 Administration.
5. System build, deployment and maintenance.
6. Understanding of networking technologies (Routers & Switches).
7. Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, EMAIL, etc.).
8. Recognised accreditations (MCP's, CompTIA).
9. Foundation Certificate in ITIL.
10. VoIP knowledge, preferably Gamma.
11. Experience with SharePoint On-Line.
12. Exposure to Meraki, Cisco and Draytek switch, router and wireless infrastructure.
13. Knowledge and experience with monitoring, antivirus and backup technologies.
14. Apple products and support.
15. Knowledge of desktop imaging software/services.
