My client is an independently owned and operated company providing one to one service within a large manufacturing environment. They are seeking a talented and organised Accounts individual to join their wonderful expanding team in the heart of Leeds.
Duties
1. Using SAGE to prepare documents for deliveries to customers and raise sales invoices accordingly
2. Obtain POD's and record details on sales order delivery notes
3. Resolving disputed invoices in a timely manner
4. Posting cashbook transactions
5. Depositing cheques weekly
6. Update Purchase Orders / Sales Orders from Delivery Notes & Invoices
7. Match and Batch Purchase Orders/Invoices and enter onto SAGE
