Responsibilities Working with teachers, parents and outside agencies to support student development Support students with a safe learning environment Assist students with personal hygiene needs Experience Previous experience working with children with special educational needs (preferred). A relevant qualification in SEN or teaching assistance is an advantage. Strong understanding of effective strategies for supporting children with additional needs. Excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and empathy. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
