Answer and direct phone calls efficiently. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence. Maintain a tidy and organised reception area. Provide administrative support to the team as required. What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role is preferred. Strong communication skills and a professional demeanour. Ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment. Proficiency in MS Office Suite is a plus. A positive attitude and a commitment to excellent customer service.
