Job Description
1. Ownership of EMEA Quality Operations.
2. Full leadership responsibility of EMEA Quality team.
3. Leading continuous improvement programme across CMO Quality Network.
4. Direct input into global quality system and its growth.
5. Forming part of the senior leadership team, facilitating high-level discussions around Quality operations and overall business performance.
The Successful Applicant
1. Prior experience dealing with Quality Operations across EMEA region is required, and good working knowledge of service suppliers such as CMO is essential.
2. Strong leadership background is essential, and the successful candidate will have a track record of delivering towards operational targets, as set by senior leaders.
