Job Description
* Manage the accounts payable process and ensure all invoices are paid on time
* Reconcile supplier statements and deal with any discrepancies
* Assist with month-end closing processes
* Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
* Communicate with suppliers regarding invoicing and payment queries
* Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
* Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports
* Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Accounts Payable Clerk should have:
* Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
* Excellent numeric skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in accounting software
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
