Responsibilities:
1. Working with the marketing team to create any requested School partner literature.
2. Developing electronic case study documentation.
3. Producing supporting documentation and PowerPoint presentations for Account Manager School meetings.
4. Proactively suggesting alternative ways to present/showcase information using electronic/online channels.
Administrative:
1. Creation of new records within CRM for the account management team and updating them.
2. Ensuring accurate completion of documents.
3. Arranging/tracking samples following instructions provided by the account management team.
4. Liaising with internal departments to ensure efficient sharing of information for school partner updates.
5. Setting up new items on the ERP system and updating them.
6. Filing all relevant documentation and approval evidence to the CRM/ERP system.
7. Building & checking pricelists and web shops utilizing the company CRM/ERP system.
8. Tracking and chasing new visual requests.
9. Maintenance of new product information on the website for new schools.
Customer Communication:
1. Responsible for providing School partner literature/documents to schools and tracking receipt of completed documents, keeping the account management team updated on such communications.
2. Organising dressed mannequins/pricelists/sizing sets for open days/evenings.
3. Preparing samples with attached approval labels, sending to schools, and tracking receipt for quality control use.
Knowledge and Skills:
1. Confident and professional.
2. Excellent communication skills coupled with a customer service attitude.
3. Positive & strong work ethic.
4. Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
5. Previous experience of a CRM/stock management system desirable but not essential.
