The Best Connection are currently seeking an Administrator to work for our client based in Fawley, Southampton.
Duties to include but not limited:
* Working within the SME team, reporting to the SME Co-ordinator
* Managing orders
* Supporting in the warehouse when necessary
* Complying with Health and Safety regulations
* Updating spreadsheets
* Investigating stock discrepancies
* Raising PMI requests
* Up keep of files
Job requirements:
* Previous administration experience
* Ability to work well independently
* Excellent communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook and Word
Monday to Thursday, 0730 to 1615, and Friday, 0730 to 1500.
Pay rate of £13.00 per hour, weekly pay.
This role is ongoing, with the potential to go permanent dependant on performance.
