What the Job Involves Your role involves conducting statutory professional social work as part of a team supporting adults with varying care and support needs. You'll be responsible for assessments, care and support planning, delivering and reviewing care packages, and mentoring other practitioners. You also engage in safeguarding inquiries and support multidisciplinary meetings when needed. The role requires you to provide advice, identify non-social care needs, and collaborate with various sectors to improve quality of life for individuals. You may need to travel outside the county.
