Autowave Limited is an established Automotive Wholesaler. An important position has arisen for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Long Eaton, Nottingham.
The successful candidate will be someone that has a proven track record in customer service or account management.
Autowave's core products are automotive locksmith equipment, car keys and vehicle programming tools. An interest in this area of the automotive aftermarket would be advantageous.
Duties include:
1. Answering telephone calls and dealing with them as appropriate
2. Calling existing customers for customer service related queries
3. Calling existing customers with updates and special offers
4. Creating quotes for clients
5. Providing support to customers when required
6. Responding to customer enquiries via email, telephone and other communication methods
7. Taking and processing sales orders
8. Taking payments from customers
9. Raising support tickets
10. Monitoring customer deliveries
11. Carrying out parts checks using resources such as Parts Link 24
Required Skills
1. Knowledge of Microsoft Software
2. Excellent spelling, grammar and maths
3. Excellent telephone manner
4. Common sense
Preferred Skills/Experience (Not mandatory)
1. Experience in a B2B environment
2. Automotive industry experience
3. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
Hours of work are:
Monday - Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
Basic salary is £24000
This is an office based role in Long Eaton, Nottingham.
