Job Responsibilities:
* Provide one-on-one tutoring to primary aged students
* Develop and implement tailored lesson plans to meet individual student needs
* Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff
* Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment
Minimum Requirements:
* SEN Experience
* Experience working with primary aged students
* Minimum 2 years experience as a tutor or teacher
* Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
* Strong understanding of primary education curriculum
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles
* Organisational skills and attention to detail
