Role overview:
The Wholesale Administrator is responsible for the smooth running of operations within the wholesale department.
This role may suit someone who is looking for the next step in their administration career.
Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end support of wholesale orders during market and throughout seasons (order entry, amendments and OC) to ensure they are accurate and meet deadlines.
* Customer service functions including support in stock movements for re-orders, swaps, RTVs and general inventory overviews.
* Provide partners with product information, seasonal line sheets, and pricing updates.
* Address and resolve customer inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
* Collaborate with logistics to track shipments and resolve any delivery issues.
* Dealing with couriers and general shipments.
* Be able to weekly assist on the full shipping process, and to work independently when requested.
* Support the Wholesale Manager with administrative tasks, seasonal campaigns, and special projects.
* Introduction and opportunity to work with different systems: B2B, NuOrder, Endear.
* Support on Pre-market preparation to ensure all required data is updated and uploaded on NuOrder and creation of internal selling documents (linesheets).
* Support senior staff on enabling partner requirements for international orders such as duties, incoterms, shipping manuals, Geo pricing, EDI, pre-ticketing and product information (collating imagery and RRP).
* Coordination of sample movement with and from wholesale accounts.
* Coordination of repairs request from wholesale accounts.
* Maintaining contact lists and database updates.
* Support on showroom set ups and maintaining a high standard.
* Support sales team in weekly and online product checks.
* Daily ad-hoc assignments.
Required skills & experience:
* Process oriented, self-motivated with hands-on attitude.
* Highly organised, with excellent communication skills.
* Strong adaptability, flexibility, resourcefulness, and solution oriented.
* Strong team player with a positive outlook, happy to help cross-functionally where needed.
* Analytical mind set with proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs – especially Excel.
* Previous Merchandising/Supply Chain/Coordinating experience in the fashion industry is an advantage.
