Learning Facilitator - Supporting Students with Additional Needs
Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a flexible role where you can make a real difference? Five Education is looking for a Learning Facilitator to support a range of students with additional needs in mainstream and specialist settings.
The Role:
Supporting students with additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, PMLD, SLD and other complex needs
Providing 1:1 and small group support to help students engage in learning
Adapting resources and strategies to meet individual learning styles
Working collaboratively with teachers and SENDCOs to create an inclusive learning environment
Managing challenging behaviour in a calm and professional manner
Essential Criteria:
Experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar support role
Flexibility to adapt to different settings and student needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for supporting students with additional needs
Desirable Criteria:

Five Education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. Successful applicants will undergo reference and TRA checks. A non-voluntary enhanced DBS on the update service is required, or a new DBS will need to be processed at a cost of £62.70 (refunded after 20 days of work and registration on the update service).
