Our Sales Administrators play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of administration related to our wholegoods sales processes. Working closely with the sales teams across our depots, they help maintain accurate records and generate essential reports. This role is integral to supporting sales performance, contributing to business growth, and helping us consistently meet and exceed customer expectations.

Main Responsibilities:
* Day to day sales administration tasks such as distributing email bulletins, and sending letters and order acknowledgements.
* Responding to and/or forwarding enquiries that come in via email, website and phone about wholegoods.
* Coordinating all complete goods ordering activities including placing the order, communicating equipment availability, and assisting with inventory management duties.
* Reviewing deal information to verify the completeness and accuracy of information before they are processed.
* Compile and deliver accurate reports in a timely manner.
* Working closely with Service Administrators to ensure service/warranty contracts are correctly processed.
* Maintaining accurate customer records within CRM, updating as required.
* Be a main point of contact for the sales teams for CRM help & support.
Attributes we are looking for:
* Previous experience in an administrative role (experience in sales administration is highly desirable).
* Previous experience in creating and analysing reports and data.
* Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* Good IT skills with the ability to use standard IT applications and learn new platforms/systems easily.
* An understanding of CRM and sales tools and platforms is highly desirable.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with colleagues across the organisation.
Job Type & Hours:
* Part Time/ Permanent/ Actual hours & days are flexible and can be discussed at interview.
