Job Description Registered Nursing Home Manager Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nursing Home Manager to lead a high-quality care home that provides nursing, dementia, and residential care. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Registered Home Manager, with a track record of achieving strong results and CQC ratings. Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN) is preferred, but candidates with a Level 5 in Health & Social Care and a strong management track record will be considered. A history of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings, demonstrating a commitment to excellence. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to challenges. A passion for delivering exceptional care and enhancing the lives of residents. Key Responsibilities Oversee the operational and clinical management of the home, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
