Directorate
The Directorate of Registry & Student Administration ensures the University of Bradford has a sector-leading student administration, through student-centred development and innovation of service, from enrolment to graduation.
What you will be doing:
1. provide high-quality administrative support service to students, staff and external stakeholders.
2. carry out a broad range of administrative processes to support the delivery of all aspects of the student journey, from the point of enrolment through to graduation.
Qualifications/ experience:
3. GCSE English and Maths at level 4/Grade C or above, or equivalent qualifications.
4. Experience of working in an administrative role and the ability to use IT packages to a high standard.
5. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work diligently, managing own time and prioritising and coordinating own workload.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
Upon appointment, the successful candidate will receive an induction to the role, complemented by informal peer support and training, along with formal training and development delivered by our Organisational Development Team.
