Position Overview
As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of education recruitment consultants. You will drive business growth by developing effective strategies, expanding client relationships, and building a strong presence within the market. Alongside managing your team, you will also maintain a hands-on approach by running your own recruitment desk, leading by example in sales and delivery. This is a large branch with 13 people and has a dynamic feel to it.
Hours of work are 7am-5pm term time and 10am-4pm in school holidays.
25 days PH and 5 of these can be taken in term time.
Free car park, very strong commission paid termly and the potential for a company car.
Responsibilities
1. Coach, develop, and manage a team of education recruitment consultants.
2. Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and expand market share.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and educators.
4. Provide ongoing training, performance feedback, and support to consultants.
5. Set ambitious goals, monitor team performance, and motivate consultants to achieve targets.
6. Manage your own recruitment desk, leading by example in sales and delivery.
