Typical day as a Landscape Coordinator
* Manage and coordinate Grounds Maintenance work across our neighbourhoods, ensuring everything meets the highest standards.
* Work closely with contractors, providing clear guidance to ensure they deliver quality service that meets contract specifications.
* Engage with customers and colleagues, addressing enquiries and resolving complaints to continuously improve our landscape services.
* Conduct regular site inspections and consultations to ensure transparency and maintain high standards across all projects.
* Drive improvements in our landscape services by assessing current practices and implementing changes that enhance customer satisfaction.

You have
* Proven experience and strong knowledge in landscape and horticulture, ideally with a qualification equivalent to NVQ Level 2 or higher.
* A track record in Amenity Grounds Maintenance, with the ability to manage projects within set budgets and deadlines, with experience in other building trade areas (multi skilled).
* Excellent relationship-building skills, able to adapt your communication style to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
* Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to Grounds Maintenance, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment.
* Have a proactive, flexible approach to managing multiple projects and dealing with unexpected challenges effectively.
* A full current driving licence and use of a vehicle insured for business purposes.

* You will work across our properties in the Yorkshire and Midlands regions.
* You must be able to use technology for logging jobs, complete online learning and collaborating with other colleagues.
* You’ll need a Basic DBS check done and we pay for that.
