Why are we doing THIS™? Andy and Pete are our co-founders and their last job entailed selling tonnes (literally tonnes) of meat. Then they felt bad. Also, they felt like meat-alternatives weren't really for people who love the taste of meat. So they’ve basically ended up making THIS™ for themselves, but they’d love other meat-lovers to give it a go too. THIS™ is a game-changer. The Commercial Director is vital to our ambition to transform the plant based category, engage our consumers and wow our retailers. With a new Mission, Vision and Values, secure investment and a strong eNPS score, we are embarking on an ambitious business plan to significantly grow our business, create a great place to work and become net zero by 2030. You will be reporting to the CEO, a member of our leadership team, and you’ll head up a 7-strong Commercial team. What will you be getting up to? Become part of our passionate leadership team working together to achieve our strategy Set the Commercial team strategy and operating plan to hit our KPIs and numbers across Grocery, Out of Home and International Lead, nurture and motivate the Commercial team to perform at their best Build great relationships with our customers and support your team to do the same Work with the Marketing team and Category Manager to ensure we fully understand our consumer and category and can deliver compelling category stories Deliver strong JBPs and customer plans to reach our goals Work closely with our Operations team to manage forecasts and customer expectations Collaborate with our Innovation and Marketing teams to focus our efforts on products that fulfil consumer needs and become a must have for our retailers What are we looking for?
