My client is currently recruiting a Temporary Recruitment Coordinator for a period of 6 – 8 weeks.
The role would suit someone who come from a recruitment, resourcing, or HR background.
Essential duties of the opportunity include:
* Confident on the phone
* Happy to review applications, go through a clear pre-screening process on phone with candidates, taking thorough notes
* Initial stage interviews
* Conduct Teams interviews with candidates, again with thorough notes
* Support with compliance
* Conducting references
This opportunity is based in Alcester on site 5 days a week
Working hours a week are between 37.5 – 40
Hours between 08.00 – 16.30 Monday Friday
