We have a new and exciting opportunity to join our Digital Performance team as a Data Insights Coordinator for Loyalty. You will be responsible for analysing the Paul Smith loyalty programme performance—measuring the KPIs while highlighting to stakeholders’ customers' behaviour and trends. You will support the evolution of the Loyalty programme by working closely with Marketing, Digital, and Retail to ensure its commercial success and continual optimisation.
The Role
1. Report on KPIs weekly and monthly, understanding how the loyalty programme adds commercial value to the business.
2. Build strong relationships with Marketing, Digital and Retail so that actionable insights can be shared and followed up.
3. Be a champion for the loyalty programme & ensure relevant departments include data capture in their activity. Proactively seek-out new opportunities for driving customer value & data capture through internal and customer feedback.
4. Support in the planning of loyalty campaigns, events, and products to ensure commercial success.
5. Support in the creation and evolution of the Paul Smith loyalty program by making optimisations within the Loyalty platform.
6. Provide insights and analysis to key stakeholders of the performance of the loyalty programme.
7. Basic understanding of relevant legal requirements such as GDPR and Privacy laws.
8. Keeping informed of Loyalty trends.
9. Any other related duties, not specified above, as outlined by your Line Manager.
Your Skills and Experience
1. Highly computer literate, with strong experience of Excel.
2. Experience working with Power BI and Antavo would be desired.
3. Experience analysing large sets of data.
4. Methodical and accurate with good attention to detail and able to work to tight deadlines.
5. Ability to plan, organise and prioritise to set deadlines.
6. Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
