Description
* Identify and engage with potential candidates through various sourcing methods
* Manage end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
* Maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs
* Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
* Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements during recruitment processes
* Conduct job interviews and organise feedback sessions with candidates
* Prepare and present reports on recruitment activities to senior management
Profile
A successful TA Partner should have:
* A Bachelor's degree (in Human Resources, Business, or related field)
* Three years prior experience in full-cycle recruitment
* Strong understanding of recruitment processes and procedures
* Ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* High level of commitment to candidate experience and customer service
