Support your mentor in all types of electrical repairs and installation work to the required standard and in line with any documentation provided. Ensure acceptable standards of productivity and workmanship are maintained in the execution of work. Ensuring the recording of all maintenance works when completed are posted through the appropriate equipment, systems and documentation as required by the Company Management System. Ensure that all areas of personal responsibility adopt and utilise ADSL QHSE policies and procedures. Operate in a safe working manner by adhering to Health and Safety legislation, codes of practice and safe working practices. What We’re Looking For: Qualifications: GCSE’s Grade 4 / C must include English and Maths (or equivalent) Experience: A good level of IT literacy would be beneficial. Skills: A conscientious, punctual, reliable, professional, with a strong focus on customer service. Be proactive in problem-solving and decision-making, able to work well both independently and as part of a team. Able to demonstrate self-discipline, take initiative, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, always acting with professionalism and discretion. Driving Licence: Full UK valid driving licence required (or working towards passing test when of appropriate age). Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain MoD Security Clearance.
