With an anticipated start date of 6th January 2025, an opportunity to work as a Teaching Assistant in a 3-16 independent day school. Our close-knit team of staff deliver a rich curriculum to small classes, drawing inspiration and well-being from our beautiful, leafy setting in the grounds of the home of Charles Dickens.
It is expected that the successful applicant will support pupils in 1:1, small group and class contexts across our Junior and Upper Schools (Key Stage 2 to 4) although there is some flexibility to assign Teaching Assistants according to their specific skills and experience.
The post requires someone who is passionate about working with children and is able to develop and hold the trust and confidence of their parents. The successful candidate will be a person who values, and is skilled at, working as part of a collaborative team.
You will be passionate about supporting teaching and learning, have experience of working with children with SEND, and be committed to providing high-quality learning and experiences for all children.
