Salary and other compensation - £21,632 per annum, overtime paid at £13 per hour
Hours - Part Time (32h)
Contract type - Permanent
Reporting to - DEYA Bars General Manager
Additional information - Minimum of 32h per week, overtime available but not guaranteed

The role
The Shift Leader plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the bars during their shifts. This includes providing excellent customer service, ensuring standards are met and procedures are followed correctly by the team on shift. Selection criteria We recognise the value in having people with a variety of backgrounds, experience and skills in our business. Essential selection criteria
• Passion for personal customer service and a professional attitude
• Good eye for detail.
• Eagerness to learn.
• A high standard of cleanliness.
• Highly organised, punctual and capable of time management.
• Thrive being in a highly social environment.
• A desire to grow and gain new experiences and skills.
Desirable selection criteria
• At least 2 years experience working in the hospitality industry
• Relevant industry qualifications such as WSET / Cicerone
• Specific experience in high quality craft beer service
• Experience in the service of cocktails, wines and spirits
