Overview
PepsiCo is looking for a fantastic individual to join the team and build strategic relationships with one of our top UK customers.
As an integral part of the team UK Sales team, you’ll take ownership of our Walkers and/or Quaker agenda within the account.
Within the role, you will own the customer P&L and forecasting, you’ll be focused on developing and building the relationship with the customer including developing the joint business plan and execution plan, whilst building strong internal and external networks.

The key to this role is being able to network and influence others in order to bring them on board with your ideas.
You’ll have very strong communication skills to engage with a wide range of customers, internal partners & stakeholders.
Responsibilities
1. Accountable for full ownership of PepsiCo’s Walkers and/or Quaker (dependent upon role) business within the account.
2. Achieve business commercial objectives.
3. Manage external customer relationships with key trading contacts to Senior Buyer Level.
4. Build Joint Business Plans to deliver mutual PepsiCo and customer growth.
5. Key part of customer team – delivering positive team dynamic and showing role model behaviour.
6. Manage an internal matrix of Shopper Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Digital, Category Management teams.
Qualifications
7. Sales experience, including past experience of account ownership.
8. Proven commercial and analytical ability in order to manage both the operational and strategic agendas.
9. Excellent communication and relationship building skills with a proven ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
10. Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to conduct multi-faceted negotiations at both tactical and strategic/contractual level.
11. A customer-centric and innovative approach.
