The Role:

You'll play a vital role as a Family Liaison in supporting our residents keep in touch with relatives and friends, helping them maintain important social connections. You'll also communicate welcome information to next of kin, both over the phone and in writing and support with admissions and discharges.

In this Family Liaison role, you'll need an understanding of the needs of older people and great verbal and written communication skills. You'll also demonstrate a calm and patient approach when interacting with residents, their relatives and friends.
