About the Role: Deliver engaging and challenging Spanish lessons across Key Stages 3-5, following exam specifications and incorporating diverse cultural perspectives. Plan and deliver lessons that foster language skills, cultural awareness, and communication proficiency, utilizing a variety of teaching methods and resources, including language technology and cultural activities. Assess student progress through oral presentations, written assignments, and language assessments, providing detailed feedback to support their development. Contribute to the development of the Spanish curriculum, integrating current linguistic trends and cultural practices, and participate in departmental planning. Organise and lead language exchanges, cultural trips, and language-related activities, promoting student engagement and cultural immersion. Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong Spanish subject knowledge, including linguistics, literature, and culture. Demonstrated experience teaching Spanish to A-Level, with a focus on both language skills and cultural understanding.
