Job Title: Telecom Service Co-Ordinator
Salary: Up to £30,000
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:30am to 5:00pm
An excellent opportunity to join a small business in the telecoms industry. The successful candidate will have previously worked in Telecoms, be an excellent communicator, and work well in a fast-paced environment.
Skills and Experience Required
1. Excellent customer/client relationship skills
2. Experience working within the Telecoms industry
3. Confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills
4. Ability to work well in a team environment
5. Competent with MS Packages
6. Good education background – English & Maths Grade C or above
7. Willingness to learn and a can-do attitude
Responsibilities
1. Process customer orders for new services and any upgrades
2. Verify customer order details and ensure accuracy
3. Build and maintain relationships with customers, updating them about their orders
4. Resolve any customer queries and troubleshoot any issues
5. Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer issues
6. Maintain customer records, updating order details and status updates
7. Provide exceptional customer service and support
