Our client is seeking a Residential Property Fee Earner to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities: Conduct residential property matters accurately and in compliance with quality and risk management procedures. Generate and track fee income, ensuring targets are met. Actively contribute to business development opportunities. Provide supervision and support to colleagues when required. Participate in marketing activities, promoting the organisation. Deliver exceptional client care during in-person and telephone interactions. Manage correspondence and documents using case management systems. Maintain proper filing and retrieval of client files. Attend and actively participate in group meetings. Develop new work from existing clients and seek new clients. Cultivate a strong professional network and represent the organisation.Skills & Attitude: In tune with the organisation's mission statement and core values. A team player with excellent organisational skills. Effective verbal and written communication abilities.Experience & Education: Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Conveyancer/Paralegal.
