Operations Co-ordinator
Location: Brighton, fully officed based role
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-4:30 PM)
Contract: Temporary
Pay: £15.00 - £17.00 per hour
Duration: 6-8 weeks

They provide internationally recognised qualifications, training programmes, and resources to support dance teachers in delivering exceptional instruction.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised Operations Co-ordinator to support the smooth running of its examinations and quality assurance processes. This role requires strong relationship-building skills to work across eight dance faculties, as well as collaboration with examiners and regulatory teams. The successful candidate will be proactive, diplomatic, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead collaboration with eight dance faculties, gathering information from meetings and Quality Assurance Panels (QAP).
* Set up and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for examination processes.
* Work closely with Regulatory Consultant, providing examination and complaint data.
* Support the Examinations Team to ensure smooth operations, including exam bookings and system management.
What We're Looking For
* Strong experience in committee, stakeholder, and management.
* Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills.
* A self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
* Organised in managing multiple tasks, deadlines.
* Strong attention to detail, particularly in compliance and documentation.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel skills.
