Required Qualifications: Applicants must have Higher Quality Teaching Experience, a Passion for Teaching, Previous Experience working in Primary, and an Enhanced DBS check. Education: A relevant educational background in teaching or education is required. Experience: Previous experience working in a primary school setting is essential. Knowledge and Skills: Proven ability to proactively support teachers and students Strong behaviour management skills Adaptability to different classroom environments Excellent communication and teamwork skills Preferred Qualifications: Additional qualifications in education or relevant field are desirable but not essential. Working Conditions: The Teaching Assistant role is based in a primary school in Maidenhead, Berkshire. The work hours are full-time, and the role involves interacting with students, teachers, and parents on a daily basis.
