Bell Group has an exciting opportunity for a driven, hard-working, and friendly Admin Assistant with experience in Construction to join our thriving Exeter branch. This is a full-time, permanent role.
Responsible for working closely with and supporting the team with all administrative duties ensuring that the branch runs smoothly with a particular emphasis on following Company processes and ensuring compliance.
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Using ERP system to process contract paperwork, sales and orders
Creating Contract files
Issuing Staff contracts
Recording operatives holidays
Assemble Health & Safety Files
General filing and office duties
Incoming call handling
Adhering to quality processes
Administration of training
Admin support to Admin Manager, Branch and Regional staff
Knowledge / Experience
Minimum 1 years experience working in construction
A number of years experience within a busy office environment
Outstanding Customer Service skills
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent Interpersonal skills
Computer literate – with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems promptly
Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines effectively and prioritise workload
Able to multi-task
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Able to work in a team and alone using own initiative
A positive and friendly manner with a good sense of humour
Minimum English and Maths GCSE Grade C (or equivalent)
