Role: Contract Manager Hours: 40 H/P/W Location: Flexible to work across the Hampshire and Surrey Area Pay: Competitive plus Car / Car Allowance and various Benefits As a Contract Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and leading a team of Area Support Services Managers within the contract to ensure the provision of outstanding service to our clients. As Contract Manager you will manage client and contractual relationships commercially, ensuring compliance with company policies, and driving foodservice and FM support service Services solutions that exceed both new and existing customer requirements within our NHS Community Services sites. Key Accountabilities as Contract Manager: Leadership & Strategy: Lead and drive the growth and retention strategy for new and existing business across various sectors. Develop long-term account plans, including a rolling lifecycle review process. Sales & Bid Management : Guide the sales team in creating financially sound bids and proposals. Sign off on final agreements to ensure operationally robust contracts. Client Reviews & Opportunities: Implement senior client review processes to identify additional sales and service opportunities. Communication & Improvement: Clearly communicate strategies to the team, ensuring the implementation of improvements to maximize performance and customer satisfaction. Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Operational Insight & Marketing: Provide operational insights and collaborate on strategic marketing plans to grow sales and services while delivering superior customer satisfaction. Compliance & Purchasing: Ensure purchasing activities comply with Compass Group UK & Ireland policies. Labour & Budget Management: Manage labour costs and review trends to adjust consumable budgets accordingly. Continually review labour structures and ratios to optimize efficiency. Health & Safety: Stay fully conversant with current Health and Safety and food safety regulations. Risk Management: Apply risk management techniques, including analysis and reduction strategies. Third-Party Relationships: Manage senior-level relationships with third parties. Qualifications and Experience: Senior Management: Experience in senior management roles within Soft FM Management. Leadership: Proven track record of leading and inspiring operational teams to deliver exceptional results. Change Management: Experience in implementing change programmes to achieve operational benefits. Brand Guidelines: Familiarity with working within brand guidelines to achieve desired outcomes. Commercial Acumen: Experience in highly commercial and price-sensitive markets. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Regulatory Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of current Health and Safety and food safety regulations. Risk Management: Skilled in risk management, including analysis and reduction. Relationship Management : Experience managing senior-level third-party relationships.
