About you: As a Digital Content Manager, you will lead the identification and execution of important content marketing initiatives that will help grow the divisions within Access. In this position, you will support the content marketing strategy for our private, public sector, and EarlyPay business segments, reporting to the Digital Content Manager and collaborating with the Head of Marketing, sales, product management, and the rest of the marketing team to drive growth through marketing content.You will need to create effective content that addresses key industry trends, positions Access as a credible thought leader, and explores new channels for visibility. Your focus will be on strategising and delivering content marketing initiatives that support the wider Access business, ultimately aiming to create demand, build awareness, and generate sales opportunities. Day-to-day, you will: • Optimise content for organic SEO to drive website traffic and increase demand for PaySuite solutions, while continually measuring results against targets and refining strategies based on audience analysis.• Collaborate with internal marketing and external agency teams to produce high-quality content and design content marketing strategies that guide key audiences through the marketing funnel.• Manage an editorial calendar to ensure timely delivery of diverse content types, including blogs, videos, and reports, that support campaign messaging and customer marketing programmes.• Foster external relationships to enhance thought leadership content, work with the sales team on new ideas, and develop a pipeline for customer advocacy and case studies. Your skills and experiences might also include: • Hands-on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics, along with proven content marketing expertise in B2B software products, particularly in drafting creative articles for a payment product portfolio aimed at UK audiences.• Excellent writing and content authoring skills, with the ability to translate technical information into business benefits and thought leadership themes.• A proactive team player who can work independently, manage and motivate team members, and effectively prioritise work according to divisional goals.• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and support the marketing team in executing inbound generation campaigns across various media.
