Responsibilities:
1. Ensure all quotes and orders are processed in line with the sales guidelines
2. Support relevant regions where and when required
3. Upholding great response times
4. Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth order flow
5. Efficiently handle multiple requests of order processing from various regional managers
6. Sales orders – entering and managing orders
7. Quotations - creating and sending quotes to customers when required
8. Communicate important feedback from customers internally to address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
9. To aid the company to meet sales targets and report any deviations
10. Stay up-to-date with new products and features
11. Maintain organized and up-to-date sales records, including customer information, sales contracts, and invoices
12. Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
13. Keeping an eye on all open sales orders to ensure goods are reserved and dispatched in time
Qualifications:
14. Proven work experience as a Sales support or Sales administrator
15. Strong mathematical, analytical and problem solving skills
16. Intermediate excel and IT skills
17. Understanding of various sales/quote KPI’s
18. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
19. Attention to detail
20. Good communication skills, both verbal and written
21. Project and time management skills
22. Ability to work under strict deadlines
23. Experience in the aerospace industry will also be seen as an advantage
