Reporting to the Warehouse Shift Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor will oversee all areas of our warehouse operations. Duties include receiving goods, putting away stock, replenishing items, picking, packing, and dispatching orders on time. You'll ensure everything is well-presented and maintain a strong focus on Health and Safety and staff wellbeing.
Our highly engaged and productive team consistently achieves KPIs, supported through the training and development Flair provides. We prioritise personal development, promptly handle H&S incidents, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Skills:
* Excellent communication and listening abilities
* Sets high performance, people, and housekeeping standards
* Proficient in Microsoft systems (Excel, Outlook, Word)
* Strong understanding of Health & Safety principles
* Familiar with day-to-day warehouse operations
* Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
Main Responsibilities Include:
* Ensure accurate and timely receipt, dispatch, and processing of orders.
* Maintain efficient storage organisation and conduct regular inventory counts.
* Ensure safety rules are followed and oversee equipment maintenance to keep it working efficiently.
* Supervise up to 15 direct reports.
* Guide and help warehouse colleagues to create a friendly, high performing workplace.
* Coach and regularly review performance to improve skills and job performance.
Salary: £30,800 - £34,100 (Dependent on Experience + Includes Shift Allowance), Overtime
Contract: Full Time, Permanent, 37.50 hours per week
Onsite Working:
8 Hour rotating shift pattern
