The Role: No OOH or late nights –w e make sure that appointments finish half an hour before closing so that we have time to catch up and still get away on time Flexible working hours – full-time or part-time options available. Minimum of 1:4 Saturdays (9 am–12 pm). Consults tailored to your pace- our consult times vary and breaks, and an hour lunch break are always included in the day. Work alongside a close-knit team with a varied caseload and great client relationships. Ongoing career development opportunities, including mentoring from experienced colleagues. Key Responsibilities: Provide compassionate, high-quality medical and surgical care for small animals. Engage with clients, delivering excellent communication and follow-up care. Perform routine and advanced surgeries, with opportunities to develop surgical skills. Work closely with our skilled nursing team and share knowledge across disciplines. Contribute to our friendly and inclusive work culture. What We’re Looking For: RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon. A passion for clinical care and teamwork. Strong communication and client-care skills. Enthusiastic and proactive, with a commitment to ongoing professional development. What We Offer: Salary of up to £75,000 (DOE, full-time equivalent).
