Key Responsibilities:
• Leadership & Administration: Oversee all administrative functions within the department, maintaining excellence in service and patient care.
• HR Excellence: Uphold the highest standards of HR policies, ensuring a supportive and compliant work environment.
• Staff Recruitment & Training: Participate in recruitment, selection, and training processes to maintain optimal staffing levels and ensure staff are well-prepared for their roles.
• Attendance Management: Monitor and record sickness and absence details in line with Trust policy, addressing persistent issues appropriately to ensure continuity of service and support for individual staff members.
• Leave Coordination: Authorise and coordinate annual leave arrangements for all staff, ensuring smooth operations and adequate coverage.
