Global Account Manager In Brief Account management delivery for Teladoc Health. Accountable for managing and growing a portfolio of global corporate clients, consisting of large market leading International Private Medical Insurers (iPMI) and world leading multinational employers. Contract type: Permanent, Full-time Annual salary: £50-55,000 Annual Bonus: up to 15% subject to personal and business targets Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm (30 minutes unpaid lunch), 40 hours /w Work mode: Hybrid, within a commutable distance to Brighton (a minimum of 2 days per week in office) Role and Responsibilities Managing the end to end contracting process; key milestones, addition of new services and addendums, the renewal cycle, pricing discussions Ensuring SLAs, performance metrics and commercial obligations are consistently achieved Developing and maintaining clear account plans for each client, including visibility and ownership of their financial performance and profitability Presenting and providing demos of our existing, new and developing products and services Educating clients in new product developments or enhancements, or adaptations to our service delivery model that will impact on their customers. Updating them on market trends and any changes in the healthcare landscape impacting the services we deliver Client reporting: extracting, scrutinising, preparing and approving reports, ensuring the overall quality is to a professional standard, the datasets are meaningful, and the reporting is improved iteratively both proactively and in response to client’s requests Presenting client reporting in a compelling way, including account performance, utilisation, marketing campaigns and projects associated with each client Working collaboratively with internal teams in Teladoc Health such as technology, operations, compliance, quality, clinical, legal, projects and marketing with the focus to deliver best in class support for the clients and meet tight client deadlines Managing and reporting to the clients both anticipated and un-anticipated changes, improvements or disruptions to the service impacting on their populations Day-to-day client management, responding to their ongoing queries from a variety of stakeholders, fielding questions and concerns efficiently and within agreed SLAs Reporting regularly to the Director of Global Accounts and senior team to articulate the level of activity, the opportunities, and the risks as it relates to each client in line with the account plans. Responsible for overseeing all client related projects to ensure the end to end smooth implementation and delivery within the agreed timelines. Being responsive and informative in fielding client requests or escalations Skills and Requirements Essential Recent experience in an Account Manager role with global markets exposure. Experience in global virtual health, international private medical insurance, or a similar client-facing environment. Demonstrable track record of delivering value to international insurers and/or multinational corporate clients through effective account management, including evidence of growing corporate accounts. Experience managing high-value contracts and growing accounts. Knowledge and understanding of challenges and opportunities in supporting clientele across multiple geographical locations. Proficiency with Microsoft programs and the ability to learn new processes, technology, and software packages. Strong insurance industry market knowledge, including understanding services offered, portfolio make-up, and the competitive landscape. Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities effectively. Consultative problem-solving skills to meet client potential. Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentation, interpersonal, and influencing skills. Proven accountability in managing multiple account management projects with attention to detail. Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail. Ability to maintain composure and focus while managing competing priorities. Desirable A track record of working with data and data sets from an account management perspective. Experience in educating clients on market trends and product developments. Flexibility in approach and ability to problem-solve effectively. Great teamwork, including working collaboratively and independently. Experience managing escalations and responding to client changes or challenges effectively. Previous exposure to reporting, including preparing, scrutinising, and presenting client reports meaningfully. Experience in overseeing client-related projects and ensuring smooth implementation within timelines.
